2. Current Class Schedule

FedGym offers various classes appealing to diverse fitness levels and interests. All classes are free except a few designated by ($$) and titled in orange. While most classes are held during lunchtime, a few classes are held during alternate hours.  If you are starting a new class, feel free to talk to the instructor prior to, after class or sit in.

As a benefit to our members, FedGym offers personal training services in our facilities at excellent rates (see Alex below).  Any member who wants to use their own personal trainer at FedGym facilities must get approval by the Fitness Committee prior to offering services in FedGym facilities.

The full class schedule is also posted in both the Annex and Basement Gyms.  Please check back periodically for schedule changes/updates.
